Terms

Due to the nature of handmade ceramics, all pieces are made using style specifications with regard to subtle nuances. Slight variations in size/colour/shape are to be expected from the online image.

Shipping timelines

I package and ship items once a week on Saturdays. All orders will be shipped via Parcel Force.

For UK orders, please allow 5 working days for your order to arrive once shipped.

For Europe, please allow 10 working days for your order to arrive once shipped.

For rest of world, timelines will vary by location.

Shipping might take longer at this given moment than usually, so please bear that in mind.

Commissioned work

For pre-orders and commissions, please allow 6-10 weeks for your order to arrive due to making timelines.

Orders can be collected for free within 30 days from 36a Windus Road, Stoke Newington, London, N16 6UP.
If you would like to collect, please get in touch after you place your order to arrange a time.

Orders £100 and over:
Free tracked shipping. Please use offer code TCAFREE

Orders under £100:
Up to 3kg £8
3kg to 6kg £9

Shipping costs Europe

Tracked shipping:
Up to 0.5kg £12
0.5kg to 2kg £20
2kg to 8kg £25
8kg to 15kg £40
15kg to 30kg £50

Rates are applicable for most countries. You may be contacted post purchase with alternative shipping options.

Please contact The Clay Assemblage before or after purchase for a quote. I aim to find a suitable shipping quote.
However if this is not possible, your order will be refunded provided it falls under our policy.

Tax and Customs

Please note Customs / Duties / or VAT is not included in the purchase price of your order. The customs office in your country will asses the duties when you receive your parcel. The Clay Assemblage does not know how much the duties will be, this is entirely dependent on your country. I fill out our customs forms accurately with the full value of the item listed on the form and will not mark parcels as gifts. I am not responsible for customs or duties for your package. If you choose to refuse delivery because you do not want to pay duties, there will be no refund if your parcel is returned to me.
